Compliances Adherence
Payment & Benefits Policy
- Wages will be credited into the individual employees’ bank account on or before 7th of every month via bank transfer.
- PF & ESIC will be paid before 15th of every month.
- GST will be paid before 20th of successive collection month.
- Employees are paid bonus as per the “Payment of Bonus Act 1965”.
- Leaves as per the state government policy.
- Payment of Gratuity as per the eligibility as per the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972.
Leave encashment is not encouraged as the guards are encouraged to take leave. In case they are unable to avail leave, then the leave encashment is paid to the employees. Leave encashment is calculated on state wages.
