To maintain a safe workplace, Prudent also provides safety and security training to its employees to ensure preparedness and awareness in all situations.

Health & Safety Initiatives

  1. Tool Box Talk: Safety toolbox talks are short 5–15 minute safety discussions and videos that refresh knowledge. They’re an excellent way to keep safety front of mind for employees. Conducted during visits by Prudent Officials regularly at sites.
  2. Safety Walk and Talk (SWAT): Safety walks are observational walks where hazards and risks for employees are identified to help prevent minor/major accidents. These are performed monthly by Prudent officials.
  3. Hazard Reporting: Hazards are regularly identified at sites to prevent incidents and accidents. Priority closure of these hazards is ensured with the help of both management and employees to maintain a safer workplace.
